Original works

AKTales publishes original creative works by AK02 (AKAuthor), including novels, web fiction, characters, settings, artwork, manhwa, logos, website text, and related materials, except where a page or work states otherwise.

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the applicable rights holder. Publication on AKTales or on an external platform does not by itself grant the public permission to copy, reproduce, redistribute, translate, adapt, or commercially exploit the work.

Third-party publication and contracts

Some works may also be published, distributed, licensed, or contracted through third-party platforms. Where separate contractual or platform rights apply, those rights govern the relevant material to the extent applicable. This page is not a substitute for any individual publishing or licensing agreement.

Unauthorized use

Unauthorized copying, reposting, scraping, commercial redistribution, or creation of derivative material may infringe applicable intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on AKTales infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the work and explain the alleged infringement.

Send copyright complaints to akauthor02@gmail.com. Include the URL of the material, your contact information, a description of the work you claim rights in, and a clear explanation of the issue. Where appropriate, additional information may be requested before action is taken.
